My goal for you is to connect your mind and body to reestablish balance.

Some of my techniques include but are not limited to:

  • Are you feeling stressed?
  • Have you pulled or strained a muscle?
  • Would you like to experience the power of touch?

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses breath, gentle pressure and soothing music to facilitate the release of tension. Because each and every human body is unique,  my client and I work together in concert to find the level of depth that is most effective for their specific needs.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy addresses the painful knots or nodules in taut muscle fibers which can cause the muscle to remain in a contracted state. Trigger points often radiate pain to other parts of the body. Sustained pressure on a given point reminds the muscle fibers to let go and return to their natural relaxed state.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage uses clinically practiced strokes which promote relaxation. These may include a combination of long slow strokes (effleurage), kneading the muscles (petrissage), movement that crosses over the muscles (friction), and light percussion or tapping movement (tapotement) as well as a press and release motion (vibration) to stimulate or soothe the muscle.
